INTERIOR

Just a few kilometres from Florence, in the midst of a large country estate filled with exotic trees, lies the 16th century Villa di Bivigliano, an incredible setting for an unforgettable event.

The Villa boasts a beautiful garden on various levels that can host up to 300 people, along with myriad rooms of varying sizes suitable for weddings, parties, gala dinners, work lunches, art shows and concerts, film and photography sets, conferences and special occasions.

Characterised by sombre and elegant facades, the villa is reached via a large grass lawn flanked with cypress trees and enjoys incredible views over the surrounding landscape of hills, woodland and distant mountains. At the back of the villa there is a delightful Italian Renaissance garden with an octagonal fountain at its centre. Following on from this, a small orchard leads to the impressive panoramic terrace which looks out over the vast and uncontaminated valley below.

Upon entering the villa, which can host up to 150 people at a seated dinner, there is the large main dining hall (which can seat up to 90 people alone) with its high ceilings and balconied upper level. From the dining hall there is access to a number of cosy and elegant drawing rooms and reading rooms tastefully furnished in keeping with the classic feel of the villa. Moving downstairs there is a typical cellar made up of a number of adjoining rooms in stone and vaulted ceilings, along with the historic kitchen of the villa with its fireplaces and large woodburning aga. There is direct access to the garden from both the ground and lower ground levels.

The villa has plenty of space for car parking and also has a large selection of furniture and accessories (tables, chairs, garden furniture, lanterns etc).
